| Yes, for security reasons we have set up limits for transfers to your account and third party accounts as well as for bill payment and time deposit placement:
You may accept the established limits or you have the choice to set up new ones, according to your preference. To view the established and available limits, just select Personalization and click "View Transaction List". | |

 | May I transfer funds to accounts in other Banks in Macau or Overseas by using the "BNU Online" service? |  | |

| Yes. There is a new function in "BNU Online" service that allows you to transfer funds to accounts in other Banks in Macau or Overseas. | How may I transfer the funds to other Banks? You have to subscribe to "BNU Online", BNU Internet Banking service. Then, you may transfer funds through BNU Online, up to the daily limit you have specified for Accounts Not Registered in the BNU Online "Account Group" (unless you change it the maximum amount is MOP 50,000). You may change this limit. You may also register the Beneficiary Account to which you want to transfer funds in one of our branches. What is a "Registered Beneficiary Account"? It is an account in other local or overseas Bank that you register in your BNU Online "Account Group". You may set up transfer limits for these accounts. What are the daily limits for funds transfer, through the BNU Online? Unless you specified otherwise, the daily limits are: - for transfers to "Beneficiary Accounts" registered in your "Account Group" applies the same limit defined for Third Party accounts registered in the "Account Group" (default: 500,000 MOP);
- for transfer to "Beneficiary Accounts" not registered in your "Account Group", it will apply the same limit defined for Accounts not registered in the "Account Group" (default: 50,000 MOP).
There is any minimum amount for a transfer? Yes. Do I have to pay any additional fee for a transfer done through the BNU Online? The Bank charge the same fee for transfers instructions made online or delivered in any of our branches. Can I set up a transfer to be effective in a specified date in future? Yes, up to 2 weeks in advance you can define such transfer. If I set up a Transfer Later transaction, when the amount will be deducted from my debit account? The Bank will debit your account only on the date you specify in future (maximum two weeks later). If my account does not maintain sufficient funds, will the Transfer Later transaction be executed? In the event of insufficient balances in the debit account, the Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, not to execute the transfer instructions. |

| No. The Comment/Suggestion is only for communication between you and BNU. For security reasons, we do not accept any instruction relating to financial transactions through this function. | |

| Online Statements are an electronic version of account Statements, which are available for Current, Statement Savings, Combined Statement accounts and Credit Card. You can view Online Statements through BNU Online as well as print and download these Statements in Adobe ® PDF format. | |

| Yes, Online Statements will replace paper Statements delivered through the Post Office. | |

| This is your personally saved copy of a pre-input instruction. You can use these templates again when making a similar transfer and just make the necessary changes. | |

 | What is a Frequent Payment List, and how do I set up a payment list? |  | |

| A Frequent Payment List is a list of bill or credit card accounts that you wish to make payments to regularly. You may set up your own Frequent Payment List by selecting the Frequent Payment List and then click "Add an Item" to enter your respective bill/credit card account accordingly. | |

| Yes you can. By using the "View by" feature, you can select the specific transaction you wish to inquire. | |

 | Can I add/remove account(s) to/from the BNU Online Account List? |  | |

| Yes. Your accounts will be automatically listed in "Accounts in BNU not Online". To add new account(s) for fund transfer and service payment, simply check the account and click "Add to BNU Online". Should you wish to remove the account(s), simply check the account(s) and click the "Remove from BNU Online". However, if the remove account was defined within the "Transfer Template" or "Payment List", the relevant record will also be removed. | |

 | Can I set Autopay Instructions through BNU Online? |  | |

| Yes, a new function "Autopay Instruction List" allows you to set up Autopay instructions for several merchants. However, it is recommend that you check your next statement and transaction movements, to ensure that the Autopay instructions have been duly updated. | |
